Terms and conditions

1. "Les Ternes" apartments are furnished rentals rented directly by the owner.
    We do transactions for short term (less than 1 month) and mid term rentals (1 to 3 months).

2. Please contact us would you want to rent any of the apartments more than 3 months.

3. Booking process:
- Please contact us to enquire about availabilities and terms of rental.
- Once you have made your choice, you will receive a short term rental contract you will have to fill and send back to us with the first deposit.
- Reservations are pending until first downpayment has been received.
- Reservations are confirmed when first downpayment has cleared.

4. Payments accepted
- Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) - Paypal (add 4%)
- Check in euros, if the rental begins 1 month after the payment
- International money orders
- Bank transfer
- Cash in euros.

5. Arrival
- We will be at the apartment to welcome you at your arrival. To give you the best service you deserve, we invite you to give us the approximate time you will be at the apartment, by sending your flight schedule or train schedule.

6. Departure
- Just leave the keys in the apartment

7. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation after rental agreement has been signed incurs the following fees:

- 60 days or more before rental starts: 100EUR
- 30 days or more before rental starts: 20% of down payment (with a minimum of 100EUR)
- 15-29 days before rental starts: 50% of down payment (with a minimum of 100EUR)
- 15 days or less before rental starts: 100% of down payment
